But lo and behold - the splash screens were all showing 2019, the Account screens for each product were showing 2019, and the few new features did appear. I noticed that as soon as I uninstalled Office "2016", instead of disappearing from the Programs and Features altogether, it suddenly changed to Office 2019. I decided I wasn't going to wait for suggestions, and I'd just uninstall Office (labeled as 2016 in the Programs and Features) and try again. I was about to role out Office 2019 on the other computers in our company including the CEO.
